The proposed changes are to paragraphs 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 25, 33, 35, 37, 40, 45, 46, 47, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 65, 66, 67, 68, 71, 72, 74, 76, 77, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 90 and 92 of the Society's Constitution.

In accordance with paragraph 59 of the Constitution, notice will be sent to all members resident in Australia at least 30 days before the closing date of the ballot.
