Asia–Australia Algebra Conference 2019

Venue: Western Sydney University, Parramatta City Campus, NSW

The Asia–Australia Algebra Conference 2019 will be held at Western Sydney University, from 21st to 25th January of 2019. It will bring together world experts in a wide range of topics related to algebra. The objective of the conference is to promote collaboration between working algebraists.

AAG logo Furthermore, the 2nd Australian Algebra Conference will be incorporated within the Asia–Australia Algebra Conference 2019.

The Australian Algebra Group is supporting a limited amount of registration support for student attendees who are members of the AAG. Eligible students receiving the support will have the registration fee waived. Preference will be given to students travelling to the event from outside NSW, and after that on a first come first served basis. When contacting the organisers for registration, please note if you are a student member of the AAG. Student and early career registrants from AMSI affiliated institutions can also apply for support via the links from the conference webpage.

Student presentations at the event will be eligible for the Gordon Preston Prize; see for details and rules.
