Memorial Honours Scholarships in Econometrics

The Faculty of Business and Economics invites applications for honours scholarships in Econometrics to commence in March 2004. This is an opportunity for two outstanding students to join the world-ranking Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics and benefit from the expertise of academics at the forefront of research in the discipline.

These scholarships are offered in memory of the two students who lost their lives in the tragic shooting at Monash University in October 2002. The department and the faculty wish to thank the Monash and wider community for their support, compassion and generosity in establishing the memorial scholarship fund.

Each scholarship covers tuition fees plus a living allowance of $6000.

To be eligible, applicants should have achieved results equivalent to distinction in their undergraduate studies in econometrics.
