Institute and continue this tradition. Researchers with qualifications

also encouraged to apply. The appointee will be a self-motivated person
who is looking to pursue a research career, working in a strong team
environment with some of Australia's leading researchers in the field
of labour studies.
NILS is a largely
self-funding researhc centre within the University, which derives a
high proportion of its income from research comissioned by government
agencies, employer bodies, unions and so on. The Institute is also engaged
in public interest research. Staff will be expected to work on commissioned
research projects, to seek research grants, to publish research findings
and contribute to teaching programs.
The successful candidate
