Applications are invited for a research only ARC Research Associate or ARC Senior Research Associate position for a fixed period of six months to three years.
The positions will be funded by an ARC Discovery Grant entitled “Geometric evolution equations and global effects of curvature”, directed by Dr B. Andrews.
Prospective candidates should have research training and experience in mathematical analysis including either nonlinear partial differential equations or differential
geometry/geometric analysis.

The position will be located in the Centre for Mathematics and its Applications which is primarily a research institute in the mathematical sciences.

Appointment will be at academic level A or B, within the salary range of $47,721-$51,066 pa or $53,640-$63,287 pa, plus generous superannuation provisions.
Contributions towards relocation costs will be offered to the successful candidates.
