An opportunity is now available for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to perform research in spatio-temporal data mining in Health. The appointee will contribute to the development of new methods and algorithms for the automatic identification of interesting patterns from large longitudinal health data sets.

The position will involve interaction and liaison with collaborators within CSIRO and Flinders University Knowledge and Discovery and Management Laboratory.

The successful applicant will have a PhD in computer science, statistical computing, or related disciplines. Demonstrable research skills in data mining, preferably in spatio-temporal data mining is advantageous.
