Analyse, research and report on statistics relating to Aboriginal people covering the population, health, welfare, cultural and socio-economic fields. Utilising specialised knowledge, produce high level briefing papers on a wide range of matters, particularly where statistical issues are concerned.

Provide authoritative and specialist advice on statistics relating to Aboriginal people. Resolve conflict or potential conflict in a constructive manner using negotiation skills. Develop and maintain relevant networks and contacts. Prepare quality high level submissions and ministerials on policy issues.
