Within the Statistics facet of the Office of Economic and Statistical Research (OESR) in Queensland Treasury, an opportunity exists for a professional statistician with extensive applied statistical analysis in the area of social surveys and social issues, in particular: crime, gambling and social capital. The position will actively contribute to the corporate goals and objectives of the OESR by providing and overseeing the provision of high level statistical advice, research, analysis and survey design and other client/stakeholder service activities.
