The successful candidate will be required to coordinate and contribute to the development of policy and processes for the analysis of Army lessons. The person is also required to coordinate the analysis of Army lessons collected by the CAL collection system. They will iniate the analysis of material as required. Senior Analyst is responsible for liaison with the stakeholders in other military units and organisations such as DSTO. A degree or diploma in an analytical discipline from a tertiary institution, which in the opinion of the Secretary is appropriate to the duties of the office, or membership of or registration by a nationally recognised professional body, together with relevant experience.
