Key Duties: Analyse user requirements, develop test plans and coordinate user testing, provide change management and data services and cimpilation of accurate information. rovide training on core business applications.

Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in performing requirement analysis with advanced conceptual and problem solving skills. Knowledge and ability in development and execution of test plans. Good understanding of data management principles. Experience and ability to use query languages and/or reporting tools. Good understanding of methodologies and customer service principles. Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and exercise independent judgement and initiative. Well developed written, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in IT related discipline and/or equivalent experience. Common selection criteria also apply.
