The Electricity Modelling Team provides high quality information, analysis and advice in regard to the potential impact of policy and other changes to the national electricity and broader energy markets.

We have a number of excelent career opportunities for commercially focused analysts to join this dynamic team within Queensland Treasury. Your roles as analysts will vary depending on your experience, and will include:

• developing and maintaining long and short term financial models;
• undertaking research and analysis on a range of issues relating to the structure, performance, market developments and regulatory changes of the electricity industry; and
• maintaining shareholder relationships.

To be considered for these roles you will have had successful commercial experience within the electricity or other strategic industry, financial modelling and risk analysis, well developed interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated and output focused.
