ASIC have unique opportunities for individuals who seek a challenge and who enjoy working in dynamic and evolving environments. There are 2 positions that are in the Licensing and Business Operations Branch of the Financial Services Regulation Directorate and are located in Sydney.

Duties will be diverse and will cover areas including the licensing of industry participants, registration of schemes and compliance work in the Licensing and Business Operations Branch.

You must possess industry knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant legislation as it applies to financial services and ASIC. You must also be able to work as part of a national team and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a financial or law discipline are highly desirable.
