Strategic Policy and Analysis Branch (SP&A) undertakes high-level analysis of contemporary and emerging social and economic trends.

As a Policy or Research Analyst you will have a key role in analysing, and managing the analysis of, the impact of Australia's biggest government programs and of changing economic and social structures. This includes identifying emerging social policy issues using FaCS' longitudinal data. One of the positions will manage the development of
longitudinal survey and/or administrative datasets.

To make a successful contribution, you will have experience in quantitative research. You will have to demonstrate strong written communication skills, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and be able to apply these skills to a social policy environment.
