Responsible for modelling housing need, analysing housing market trends, monitoring housing research projects, and leading on information development projects.

Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in a social science or related discipline, including quantitative methods. Ability to develop housing needs models. Extensive experience in the analysis of large data sets using SPSS or SAS statistical software. Proficient in the use of geographic information software. Good understanding of information management. Experience in research methods related to the social sciences. High level project management skills. Understanding of current housing issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
