The
Institute has a vacancy for an energetic person, with excellent statistical
analysis and research skills to join the Institute in the Institute's
Children and Parenting research program. Projects within this program
seek to understand how the family environment promotes child development
and wellbeing.
The
ideal applicant for the position will:
- Undertake statistical
analyses of a multi wave longitudinal data set to investigate risk
and resiliency factors for adolescent antisocial and criminal behaviour.
- Participate in
the collection and processing of large scale survey data and analysis
of primary and secondary data.
- Participate in
the preparation of reports, briefing papers and journal articles.
- Assist in the
preparation and delivery of conference and seminar papers.
The
position is offered as a non-ongoing engagement until December 31, 2002.
To be eligible for engagement, applicants must be Australian Citizens.
Applicants with permanent residence status who have applied or intend
