Total Remuneration Package valued up to $51,980 pa Salary $$42,875 - $47,536 pa

The Commission seeks to fill eight Assessment Officer positions. The Assessment Section is responsible for the receipt and assessment of complaints and other information regarding corrupt conduct in the NSW public sector.

The Assessment Section has been restructured and the Assessment Officer is a new position within the Commission. The Assessment Officer is responsible for working in a team to apply customer service principles that will ensure complainant, public sector agency and Commission interests and needs are met.

The appointee will require well developed analytical skills and a capacity to conduct inquiries along with experience in a team environment. The position also requires demonstrated oral and written communication skills and experience dealing with people in a complaint handling environment. Experience with managing a caseload is also required. Knowledge of the ICAC's role as a key NSW public sector accountability body and computer literacy and keyboard skills would be highly regarded.
