Duties: The occupant of this position, under general professional guidance, will be required to participate in an R&D program relating to capability management of surface ship structures, including analysis of various structural defects and their consequence on the structural integrity of surface ships. The occupant will also contribute to the development of through-life structural management tools for RAN ships, and the delivery of such tools for use in appropriate Navy Force Element Groups.

Note: Prescribed eligibility requirements apply. This is a security-designated position and the occupant must qualify for a Defence Security clearance.
