You will lead a small team involved in operations analysis studies aimed at assessing the effectiveness of current and potential future maritime platforms in submarine warfare. The work involves the development and use of models and simulations at various levels of complexity to assess both the performance of submarine sensor and weapon systems and overall submarine tactical effectiveness.

The position requires:

• Ability and relevant experience to lead a team of analysts, as well as contribute to personal research objectives;
• High level presentation and communication skills;
• A PhD in disciplines relevant to mathematical modelling of physical processes, or equivalent qualification and experience.
