The ACCC's Regulatory
Affairs Division is looking to recruit enthusiastic staff who are interested
in a challenging career in utility regulation in the electricity, gas,
telecommunications and transport industries.
As part of the Regulatory
Affairs Division, your role will be to assess the competition and regulatory
issues within these industries in Australia. This will involve analysing
economic, competition and financial issues, assessing submissions, report
writing and liaising with industry and government.
The ACCC is looking
for people with tertiary qualifications in economics, commerce, law
or related fields to join their multi-disciplinary regulatory teams.
People with economic or financial modelling skills are particularly
encouraged to apply.
