Box Hill Institute of TAFE wishes to recruit a talented Project Officer - Planning. Reporting to the Manager Strategic Projects and Educational Operations.

The position is responsible for:

• managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the Box Hill Institute 3 year Program Profile systems and process;
• analysing statistical data and preparing reports;
• co-ordinating the Institute Customer and Staff Satisfaction Surveys;
• providing advice and technical support on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and
• preparing reports as specified in the Office of Further Education and Training (OTTE) Performance and Funding Agreement.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of the VET Sector and demonstrated experience in the collection, analysis and presentation of both qualitative and quantitative data. A tertiary degree with a strong statistical component matched with research experience is essential to this position.

Salary is in the range of $57,748 and $60,265 (AO9) plus employer's contribution to superannuation.
