Field of Study: Any field.

Eligibility: Applications are invited from women who: are enrolled in a Masters Degree by research or a PhD at an Australian university; have a good honours degree or equivalent; have completed at least one year of postgraduate research (not including an Honours year); are Australian or overseas citizens; and are not in full-time paid employment or on fully-paid study leave during the tenure of the Bursary. Benefits: up to $6,000 for the purchase or hire of equipment, field trip or research expenses, thesis publication costs, fees incurred because of study commitments, or short-term assistance with living expenses.

Duration: The bursary must be taken up within (12) months of the date of the award.

Please note: an application lodgement fee of $12.00 (twelve dollars) must accompany your application. The fee will contribute towards the costs of administering and processing applications.
