The successful appointee will carry out high level research on an Australian Research Council funded project led by Dr Barbara Maenhaut (The University of Queensland). The project concerns graph decomposition and factorisation problems.
The person
Applicants should possess a PhD, or equivalent, in mathematics, and have the necessary skills and background to carry out original research in combinatorial graph theory and design theory.
Remuneration
This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for three years at Research Academic level A or B. Appointment level is dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience.
The remuneration package for Research Academic Level A will be in the range $72,443 - $77,764 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $84,759 - $90,984 p.a.)
The remuneration package for Research Academic Level B will be in the range $81,857 - $97,205 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $95,773 - $113,730 p.a.)
