Applications are invited from outstanding candidates for the continuing position at the level of Lecturer (comparable to Assistant Professor in the US system) in the School of Mathematics and Statistics. In this position, you will contribute to the vibrancy of the School's research culture and will undertake a range of collaborative teaching responsibilities, from beginning undergraduate to supervising research students.

The position is open to candidates with a strong research record in mathematics. Applicants whose research area is in algebra and/or number theory are particularly encouraged to apply. You are expected to have a Ph.D. in Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification.
